Lofree Flow Low Profile, the Smoothest Mechanical Keyboard

Just a good keyboard like people say.
Delivery happened quickly and comfortably.
Good website with good prices.

It would be nice to buy some different color keycaps for this.
But unfortunately they are do not exist for such low profile keyboard.

I purchased my Lofree Flow keyboard from WhatGeek after extensive research for the best price online. WhatGeek had better prices than the Lofree website as well as Amazon and any other online retailers. I was worried that maybe the item was not going to be authentic, but it actually was the same exact item I had ordered from Amazon previously. Their shipping was not as fast as a local distributor, but considering that it did ship internationally, it was still pretty quick. I will definitely check out WhatGeek more often before I make more online purchases in the future.

For the past three weeks, my typing experience on the Kailh PHANTOM Tactile keyboard (in MacOS) was incredible! Although it was a low profile keyboard with shorter pitch, the tactile typing 'feel' of their Phantom tactile switch was amazing for my daily use (pretty much 100% work related).
Unfortunately, the keyboard stopped working for some unknown reason just the other day - tried to trouble shoot with guidance from Whatgeek customer support team, but nothing seemed to work. After few tries, Echo from Whatgeek Service Team graciously offered to send out a new unit, free of charge. That is an A+ customer service in my book! A huge kudos and thanks to Echo and the team!

The typing experience, sound and build quality is putting to shame all the well known brands. If only keycaps would pass backlight through letters it would be the long awaited reincarnation of k810i I was searching for. The F-row was kinda locked on multimedia functions regardless if Fn was clicked or not, but fortunately I was able to use input-remapper on Linux and workaround the problem. I hope for the firmware update to introduce Fn+Esc as a Fn-Lock toggle. As it is a mobile keyboard it would be appreciated to have an option to buy a cover/sleeve (either soft or hard) so we won't risk any damage or dust getting in when we put it in the backpack or bag. Lastly, the RGB side light is not visible at all and effectively confusing and disappointing when you realize it is really useless. I will forget it even exists soon, but wanted to advise it should be dropped from later iterations.
