1. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Orders are typically processed within 24 business hours after payment confirmation.
Once shipped, products sent via our free standard shipping service are usually delivered within 2–10 business days.
Please note that the estimated shipping time does not include order processing time.

Tracking information will begin delivering upon dispatch of your order. You will receive your tracking number via the email you place your order through. Please check your junk/spam folder in case you’re unable to find your dispatch email. 

If a product page displays a pre-order period or estimated dispatch date, the shipping schedule will follow the pre-order time stated on the product page.

2.SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & NOTES

At this time, we only ship to addresses within the U.S.

U.S. Remote Areas:
We do not deliver to non-contiguous U.S. regions: Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Guam, Alaska
Remote area surcharges may apply. If applicable, we will contact you for payment before processing your order.
Delivery unavailable to: PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

We are not liable for any losses incurred during any Natural disasters (inclusive of, but not limited to Floods, Fires, and Tornados), Terrorist attacks or Threats of Terrorism, Customs service strikes/ Postal Service Strikes, Civil Conflict, Riots, Invasions or Occupancy, Extreme Weather Conditions, or Failure of Telecommunication Networks.

3. SHIPPING FEE

We offer free standard shipping across the United States.
Most packages are delivered by FedEx or UPS, depending on your location and order size. 

We don't make any money on shipping: the prices you see are the prices we pay. 

NOTE:
If with Commercial Express, you will most likely have to pay local customs clearance fees.

Customers need to cover the resend shipping cost if parcels are returned with insufficient/wrong addresses and contact information.

 

4. CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS OF MY PACKAGE AFTER IT HAS BEEN SHIPPED OUT?

Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.


5. I ORDERED MORE THAN ONE ITEM. WILL THEY ALL BE DELIVERED AT THE SAME TIME?

We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product. Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.
