WhatGeek offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for goods purchased directly from www.whatgeek.com. We are confident that you will love your new WhatGeek product. However, if you are unsatisfied for any reason, simply let us know within 30 days. Once we receive the product and confirm its validity, we will refund the full purchase price.
To return an item, please contact us via email at email@example.com during our normal business hours.
In order to return your product under the 30-day return policy, please check that:
You have purchased the product directly from www.whatgeek.com. You contact WHATGEEK and begin the return process within 30 days from the original shipment date. The product is returned in the original packaging, with all materials included, in new or as-new condition, and be accompanied by a return authorization number.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 business days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

The product is custom configured or branded to your specifications.
Product purchased from a 3rd party retail partner.
How to make a return or exchange
- Send us an email at email@example.com with your order number, name, and if you want to exchange or get a refund on your product.
- Put the item(s) back in their original packaging.
- Please choose your logistics company at your own cost and mail the package. Wait for your refund or for your new piece of kit.
- Refunds can take up to 10 days after we've received your item.
