I attempted to return an item but found communication with sales associates to be almost impossible.

Instead of facilitating the return, the company offered a small percentage refund to keep the item. I repeatedly requested the return address, but it took 10 days for the company to finally provide it. Due to the excessive delay and poor service, I was ultimately forced to dispute the payment with my bank.

I would never order from a company with such a difficult and time-consuming return policy.

ive been using it for a couple weeks and am loving it only complaints i have are the side buttons are too easy to accidentally press and i came in the wrong color then i ordered

Surprisingly similar clicking experience to other office/gaming mice, with a sleek retro design.
However, the connection doesn't seem the best. It occasionally lags when the cursor hovers over windows compared to wired mice (I'm using the 2.4GHz connection option).
Additionally, the size is a bit small for me. My hands are neither particularly large nor small for a man. My palm doesn't land on the back of the mouse. There's a space between my palm and the mouse to reach the side buttons for the forward/backward. If I rest my palm on the mouse, my fingers land in an unnatural position (exceeding click buttons, requiring my thumb to reach back for side buttons).
Despite the downsides, I can't help but get a matching keyboard and mouse set. Happy with the purchase.

I ordered a Lofree Touch mouse and it works great! However, the time between ordering it and it actually shipped was around three weeks due to some misunderstandings since I'm in Europe, but not in the EU (import taxes etc), so it took nearly a month in total. I'm happy with the product, though, so it's not the end of the world.

Due to all of this, they gracefully upgraded my standard shipping to express shipping (DHL) for free, and I received my order shortly after.

All in all, it's not the worst shopping experience I've had, but it took way too long to ship my order.
