MINIX Z300-0dB Fanless Mini PC Intel Alder Lake-N N300

I bought a mechanical keyboard from this website last year. Before that, I had purchased the same model from Amazon, and it worked perfectly. But the one I bought here performed poorly from the start. The Bluetooth function didn’t work at all, and before long, a red light—indicating low battery—started flashing across the entire keyboard, even though it was plugged in.

I tried every way the customer service team suggested, but nothing worked. That’s when I began to suspect they might not be selling genuine products. The instructions they gave me didn’t even apply to my keyboard model, and the software they told me to download couldn’t recognize my keyboard at all.

They first lied, saying they had sent a replacement, but even after a month, nothing arrived. Then they claimed the keyboard was out of stock and offered a partial refund that was only about 10% of the original price. Later, they said my keyboard was back in stock and sent me a “replacement,” but it turned out to be a completely different model. In the end, I had to pay for the return shipping myself to send back their wrong product.

It’s been over two months now, and they still haven’t refunded either the original keyboard cost or the return shipping fee they promised. Every time I talk to them, their story changes, and they keep hiding behind their “internal policies,” even though my case clearly doesn’t fall under those rules.

This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I don’t think a company like this should be allowed to deceive customers any longer. If you’re thinking about buying from them, please don’t.

I was amazed by the increase in speed and heat dissipation: the previous PC had a CPU temperature of around 48 degrees Celsius at idle and 65 degrees when processing, this one stays at around 36 degrees Celsius at idle and 54 degrees when under load. Power consumption is practically the same, so I'd say excellent!

Have a small PC, problem-free installation, so far no further problems and can be placed anywhere.

Amazing, fast, easy to install. Despite its small size, we were surprised to find enough connection, etc. All this in complete silence.

It is small and heavy in size, it gets hot as it doesn't have a fan, but otherwise it fulfills its configuration: powerful and versatile.
