Let customers speak for us
from 2463 reviewsI am enjoying the Leobog a lot. I use it with vertex v1 switches. It produces a very nice sound when typing. I struggled a little installing the switches as there is a flexible base of foam and plastic but it's all good now. Wish the knob came with different colour options in the package cause they can be bought separate but it comes a bit expensive.
Thats my second gmk67 everything works fine but new gmks came with something like tape on pcb didnt see on my first one, i peeled it of.works fine
I built a lot of custom mechanical keyboards and this Whatgeek is one of the lowest prices range even without promos. Quality of keyboard kit, switches and keycaps is pretty decent. Recommend for sure and will buy again.
Rest is a nice piece of walnut. However, I had to sand the surface myself to get a smoother, nicer looking finish. There were some tooling marks in the surface. The taper makes it necessary to put the rest a distance away from the keyboard, to get the proper height. I might glue a strip of wood under the front edge to prop it up a bit.
This is honestly one of the best keyboards for the price that I can find on the internet. I don't know if anything else can top it. The build, the features, the sound and feel. It's amazing. With some V1 switches and some nice keycaps, this thing has one of the best sound profiles I have ever heard. It's like magic.
And for the price! It's wild. A few years ago this would have been so far ahead of the game that it would have blown people's minds. Even today in the current climate of keyboard customs. It's price and list of included features is enough to put it way up there on the list of awesome keyboards.
I was worried about the knob in regards to taking it apart. But after watching a few videos it became clear I just needed to force it a little more aggressively to get it to pop off. Now that I know that it's much easier to manage. What's most impressive though is that there is genuinely no reason to open this thing anyways! The foams and various layers in there are *chefs kiss* amazing. I genuinely haven't ever even imagined that I could get a keyboard that really doesn't require any mods. But this one made it true.
So, I'm very pleased, and I highly recommend it. I actually got the one I have for my wife, and I'm 90% gonna buy one for myself even though I already have a monsgeek m1 that is serving me rather well. The leobog is just better.. in every way.
I love my keyboard. Its a year old and performing with no issues. This was my first build and I used alpacas and some clear plastic keys that I believe are cherry. I type so quickly with this board and never get pain. I have the wooded Feker wrist support in case I need it. Right now I'm 3d modeling so I dont and I just took a break to write this. Its awesome! I also have a little six key board for my Blender functions that I customized!
Really enjoyed the keyboard for the price. I did have to wait longer for the product because it was a preorder but it was worth it. Flex cut PCB and software. No need to make any mods. Thanks WhatGeek.
I ordered my James Donkey RS2 keyboard on a Friday, and received two weeks after. Came in, very plug and play friendly. White lights lit up the keyboard, nothing bright just nice enough to notice. Keys had a little noise, not hollow or anything, but it was what I wanted. Nice color scheme, great layout for working in data entry.
Whatgeek provides a variety of niche computer products that's sure to have what you're looking for! I was having difficulties looking for a wireless numpad, but was able to find it here. Delivery was quick and efficient, too!
ok so i never usually write reviews but i decided to go for it anyway. The headphones are AMAZING quality, excellent sound and base also are noise canceling which i like a lot. The LED cat ears are super cute when you play music they start flashing which is also fun, Bluetooth was super easy to hook up to my PC and they are a comfortable wear not to tight or lose. Everything else about the headphones were great expect the battery life and i was very disappointed about it cause when i was playing a game with my friend, the battery life only lasted about an hour i mean its expected for the price but still i had kinda high hopes for these. Overall the headphones are beautiful and i love them just wished they held charge for a bit longer...
I love this keyboard i Will rebuy new stuff on whatgeek again when i Need a new keyboard Thank you Whatgeek!
This was my first mechanical keyboard and I’m in LOVE
The CSA profile of these switches is great for this of us who find cherry to jagged, OSA a little TOO contoured, and XDA super difficult to find and a little boring. Keycaps are a great deal for the price. I like the font and inclusion of so many different-sized modifier keys. These go perfectly with my Dukharo V96 in the black and white color way. No complaints here.
Great keyboard, I'm not a keyboard geek and I don't care too deeply about them but the sound is pleasant and thocky which I like, the build is exceptional and the lighting in either option I imagine is great, I have the wired option of lighting and I'm blown away by how smooth it looks, colour is great too as I wanted a retro-type keyboard with some lighting which was milk white or beige and this fits the bill. I can absolutely say this is worth the money
I do love the sound. It's a nice thocky noise that's really rounded on my padded wrist wrest. I underestimated how difficult it would be to type on a switch with a lower actuation force. I write, but I keep double tapping keys and I haven't been able to adjust to it.
I am a very loud/hard typer though, so if anyone's ever complained about how loud you've typed on regular keyboards, maybe these aren't for you.
Great sound though, and I'm sure a great look with transparent keycaps.
